When I tuned into the energetic theme for February, Awakening is the word that came through.

At first, I thought, “that’s pretty basic.”

But now I see how truly relevant awakening is particularly right now, in this historical moment.

Perhaps it’s because, deep down, we know that it’s true.

Many people who come to energy healing want to develop their intuition. They want to expand their inner knowing to intuitively sense when something is in or out of alignment. And they want to build the confidence to know clearly when something feels like a Yes or a No.

Lately, I’ve felt very called to embrace the medicine of tenderness and sensitivity.

Today I got locked out of my apartment.

Years ago, this would have been a prime opportunity for me to berate myself for forgetting my keys and be overall angry at myself and the world for conspiring to keep me out of my home.
