Gathering … and a personal update

We are social beings.

Even though the last few years have been full of challenges, my heart is also full of gratitude for the many intentional gatherings that have taken place—in-person and over the energetic waves.

When we assemble together for the purpose of healing, we feel uplifted and we uplift others. We empower ourselves and we empower the collective. We’re all connected—in ways that we have yet to fully comprehend—and gathering together can amplify and expand our loving and unifying consciousness.

On a personal note, I’m excited to share that my family will soon be relocating back to NYC! I’m deeply grateful for this past year and a half in the Garden State and look forward to staying connected.

My Friday in-person Reiki practice in NJ will go until the end of June—so get your appointments in! Otherwise, I look forward to continue offering Reiki Sound Baths in Kenilworth after a brief summer pause.
