When I first moved to New York City over 20 years ago, I lived in five different apartments over the course of five years. Each time I moved, I intuitively knew that it was important to energetically cleanse the home.

We are social beings. Even though the last few years have been full of challenges, my heart is also full of gratitude for the many intentional gatherings that have taken place—in-person and over the energetic waves.
