Tender hearts club

Lately, I’ve felt very called to embrace the medicine of tenderness and sensitivity.

[I’m now realizing this may be influenced by the beautiful flower essence I’ve been taking recently—Tender Hearts Club—lovingly handmade by Samantha Boersma of The Spiral Path. Highly recommend.]

Now more than ever, the medicine of gentleness and tenderness is needed in our world. This is the medicine of love.

We can’t cure violence with aggression. And we can’t cure hatred with anger… We heal with love.

We begin with open observation.

We try our best to understand.

We approach acceptance.

And then we move toward healing.

When we nourish the seeds of gentleness within ourselves, it creates a ripple effect of kindness and compassion out to our loved ones, our communities, and the world. This is a deeply divine feminine way of bringing peace to this planet—which is open to all genders.

It’s time to cultivate the most tender of hearts.

Consider this your invitation to join the club.
