Sing your transformation
Just like nature, you are continually in a process of transformation. We are all cyclical beings waxing and waning and oscillating between cocooning and emergence.
This time of year invites us to begin to downshift so that we may create space for all that is preparing to eventually spring forth. In honoring the seasonal transitions, we honor our own seasons of transformation.
And one of the most powerful and pleasurable ways to support your transformation is through singing.
Singing shifts you out of your comfort zone.
Singing soothes the celestial waters of your body.
Singing can harmonize all of the chakras.
On a more tangible level, singing helps to decrease pain and stress, boosts the immune and respiratory systems, improves memory, and so much more.
Personally, when I raise my voice in song, I feel a profound connection to my ancestors. And I believe that the frequencies created extend well beyond my audible perception.
