Lean in to love
In times of great joy and in times of great disappointment, one of the most healing things you can do is to gather in loving community.
Like many of you, I’ll be processing last week’s election outcomes for quite some time. There is much to unpack and examine.
But I’m not interested in shaming or blaming.
As always, I am interested in healing.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to center and ground with many of you on Election Day at our Election Serenity Now free virtual gathering.
The more we allow ourselves to pause, reflect, and grieve, the more easily we can begin again—nurturing balance within and, in turn, radiating harmony outward toward our communities and beyond.
This is how we co-create a better world for ourselves and for generations to come. When we gather together, we’ll anchor into the resonance of the true master healer—love.
