Dispatch from Buenos Aires

My little family and I were called to visit Argentina this week. Although in these past few years, my adventuring has been focused on the journey within—through the akashic records, reiki, and sound healing—I deeply appreciate the unique energy and multi-sensorial delights of this new (to me) land.

But perhaps the biggest gift of this voyage so far, was the ability to spend most of the 11+ hours of flying in silence and meditation. While on previous travels, I would’ve been highly strategic about what to read, watch, or listen to on the plane, this time I knew that the most important thing for me to do was to rest, reflect, and be present.

It’s been a journey to realize that I don’t always have to distract myself from my own thoughts. And that nourishing myself can be as simple as sitting in stillness.

While my healing practice has been profoundly supported by therapeutic vibrational tones and music, the most foundational frequency on my path to wellness has been the sound of silence. This is the resonance of receptivity.

Are you, too, feeling the call to be still?

All you really need is one breath, one moment, and the possibilities are infinite.
