A message from the moon
Full moons are an optimal time to release what no longer serves you. Today’s full moon + partial lunar eclipse in the mystical and creative water sign of Scorpio brings us a beautiful opportunity to let go of those aspects of the ego that try to keep you stuck in the illusion of “safety.”
Do you hold yourself back from speaking your truth? Are you hanging on to a relationship that is no longer in alignment? Are you suppressing the desire to pursue a different life path?
These are all ways that we cling to a false sense of safety.
We’ve been conditioned to think that safety demands sameness and uniformity. And while there can be comfort in routines and predictability, that doesn’t have to mean that we need rigidity and stagnation to feel secure and protected.
True safety comes with authentic, connected, and compassionate community. And it begins with you embracing your own authenticity and your own unique path. You are a dynamic work in progress.
Like nature, you continually ebb and flow. And you grow. You may flourish and blossom in the spring and summer and then slow down in quiet reflection come autumn and winter.
And like each of these shifts of nature—whether going from season to season or from night to day—you, too, can perpetually transform and call upon the courage to begin anew. Each time you begin again is an opportunity to step more fully into yourself and to release the fear that is holding you back.
The moon is saying it’s okay begin anew. And it’s okay to be you.
