The budding within you

The more I’ve leaned into a healing vocation, the more I see that wellness is a remembering that we, too, are nature.

Nature is not always calm. Nature has moments of high activity as well as periods of deep receptivity. Nature is both the flashing bolt of lightning and the stillness of a tranquil pond.

And every year we are reminded of the cyclical nature of all of existence.

The budding trees of springtime are a reminder that something sacred is gently blossoming within you, too.

You are a creative being.

We are all beings of creation—whether that’s creating a spreadsheet, crafting a recipe, visioning a garment, or holding space for children.

This is a season to honor the beauty of creation.

The crocuses and daffodils of early spring remind us of the bright potential that has been patiently waiting beneath the surface for the opportunity to leap up and be seen.

When you tend to the earth of your body, mind, and spirit, you begin to embody the luminous resilience of nature. And when you nurture your own wellbeing, you create space for the nature within you to unfold in its sublime glory.

Nature is inherently beautiful.

And you, too, are nature.
