September Magic

Today is the first day of school for most of the children of New York City. There is something so palpably magical and hopeful about this fresh start—albeit mixed in with a dose of trepidation.

As we approach the Autumnal Equinox, which gives us an equal balance of light and darkness, we can also reflect on the cycles of nature and the knowing that every arrival is also a departure.

This summer, my family and I experienced joyful unions and reunions as well as the significant loss of beloved youthful elders. The transition of a loved one to the spirit realm can invoke many great reminders—including the reminder of how important it is to honor the magic within you. And that allowing your gifts to unfold uninhibited is in the highest good for all.

This is the essence of the work that we do together in 1:1 and group healing experiences.

We return to balance so that our authentic selves can embark in our radiance and arrive in our wholeness. We continually cycle back to harmony so that we can simply be.

Beginning this fall, I’m very excited to offer more availability for 1:1 healing sessions (both virtual and in-person) and additional group offerings—including a new in-person gathering in Brooklyn on the equinox.

Together we can reawaken hope and rediscover our own magic.
