You’ll immerse yourself in a transcendent sonic journey, led by reiki master and sound healer Jo-Anne Suriel, to help bring your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. Drawing on her extensive training in the healing arts, global ancestral guidance, and multi-decade study of music and spiritual practices, Jo-Anne will lead participants through subtle movement, a channeled meditation, and an intuitively-led harmonic experience using singing bowls, drums, gongs, sacred songs, and more.
While lying down on the floor, or in a supported seat, participants will be invited to release energetic burdens and reclaim balance, clarity and calm. All will receive distance reiki healing to assist the energetic body’s return to dynamic homeostasis.
