On the Winter Solstice, we experience the shortest day of the year before welcoming the sun’s reemergence. Join us in preparation for your own reemergence through a powerful blend of Reiki and sound healing. Reiki Masters, Jo-Anne Suriel and Stephanie Pereira Lima, will lead us through gentle movement, a brief meditation and intention-setting before diving into a Reiki and sound healing experience. While resting on the floor (with optional props) or in a supported seat, you’ll be immersed in a harmonic journey to help release energetic blocks and find deep rest, relaxation, and inspiration. Participants will receive Reiki while taking in therapeutic vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, drums, medicine songs, and more.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
