Reiki Master and intuitive healer, Jo-Anne Suriel of Energetic Well, will guide us through an immersive sound journey to help release energetic blocks and find deep rest and relaxation. Participants will receive Reiki healing energy--bringing the mind, body, spirit, and emotions into balance--while taking in therapeutic vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice, and more.

Masks are required. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
