While lying down, or in a supported seat, you’ll be guided to release energetic stagnation and reclaim equanimity and ease. All will receive distance reiki healing to guide the body back to a relaxed internal state. Participants often leave this experience with feelings of greater confidence, less stress, and increased clarity and joy.
